Welcome to our Summer 2004 fiction section.

This issue, we again introduce a new writer to the world. Jessica Cortez is a student at Point Loma Nazarene University, just down the road a spell from Turbula World Headquarters, and we think the world should get ready to take notice of a very promising writer.
