This issue, we are pleased to present Charlene Baldridge as our featured poet.

Charlene first came to our attention as a member of the San Diego Theater Critics Circle, where she read one of her poems ("Old Lady Sings the Blues" one meeting.

She is a prolific writer, having had not only her poetry previously published, but – obviously – her theater reviews, and columns as well. She's contributed to everyone from Investor's Business Daily to the La Jolla Village News. She was also a contributor to "Chicken Soup for the Volunteer's Soul."

In addition to her writing, she's also performed her own work at the 2001 San Diego Durga Women's Festival.
