Independence Day

Ne'er do well with a B.A. in political science. Jails and prison a thing of the past, discharged parole a couple of years back. But back on the D again, working menial jobs and unwilling to live in normalacy. Roaming and haunting Spring Valley, Paradise Hills and El Cajon in San Diego's East County.

Another summer's day is past
a year like others
so i know i'm getting old
nothing's getting better
there is no gold in sight
sleeping in my car
alone with my glass pipe.
