The Fifties

Never heard of Coors.
Bud was around,
But never light.
Pabst was there
With its Blue Ribbon,
But it was Rheingold,
Schaefer and Ballantine,
And sometimes Knickerbocker.
No alien brew was had
Or ever sought.
It was always Rheingold,
Schaefer and Ballantine,
Sometimes chasing
A shot of rye.
